This is an amazing location with great amenities! We enjoyed being so close to the beach, restaurants, entertainment and the free trolley. The pool was fabulous (even though we got unlucky with cold weather and couldn’t really use it) so having the hot tub was a huge bonus. The outside area was wonderful, especially for the dogs. The place is very spacious yet cozy and the bed was comfortable. The bathrooms are small but totally useable. We would definitely consider staying here or in one of Chad’s other places again!

Great place! Would definitely stay again. Place was just steps to the beach and downtown, perfect spot for our favorite beach. Great pool and hot tub amenities when we weren’t at the beach. Highly recommend!

Great location !!! Beach access 9 was 2 houses to the right and across the street and a n absolutely gorgeous beach entrance. In walking distance of the main village area, but just far enough away to be at peace. The space was very functional for our family of four and the hosts were very accommodating ( shout out to Suzanne ). The wall art was very interesting , in a good way. Some of the furniture was worn, but most was in good condition. The pool and hot tub were a plus and a lot of fun. A great time was had by all…

Had a great peaceful night here. Got to relax in the jacuzzi and enjoy the beautiful weather. Even got to play a game of Pac-Man on the machine in the room! Very cute and bright kitchen. Giant comfy couches. Highly recommend staying here. I do recommend bringing a portable lamp of some kind for the jacuzzi since it gets really dark under the pergola at night.

We stayed in town for a wedding with our family and it was the perfect spot to spread out and come together. walking distance to wonderful restaurants and the beach. loved the live band playing every night at the bar next door. we had a wonderful stay!

The place was very nice , clean and quiet. Had everything I needed. The hot tub was great . Bed was comfortable. Free parking right at the fence was convenient. few minutes walk to the beach. Only a minute’s walk for coffee and donuts. I would definitely stay there again.

The place has a great set up with the pool, hot tub and tiki huts in the backyard. It’s also very walkable with only a 10 min walk to the main street of Siesta Key (Ocean Blvd) with dining & bars, and is directly across the street from public beach access. Location is top notch. I definitely recommend for groups of 2-5 people.

It was a little farther from the beach than I expected but easily walkable, especially with the wagons that are provided. It was a great, relaxing week away with my kids!

this place was fantastic pool hot tub at entrance wall paintings great condition all kind of games to keep you entertained close enough to action bars restaurant beach wagon chairs provided to be convenient but far enough away to be peaceful this is how a florida beach vacation is suppose to be I highly recommend this location and would do it again
