This place had it all! If you’re looking to stay in Siesta Key with a large group, I highly recommend this house. It was spacious, the perfect location, and the host was very accommodating and responsive. We were able to get into the house early, which was great. The house was close to the beach, shops and a lot of great bars and restaurants. I would stay here again!

Great location with walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Bright colors and fun decor. When a light broke they sent someone out right away and they were very responsive. It fit our group of 12 nicely. Would recommend staying here.

Very cute place to stay, beautifully decorated and looks exactly how it looked in photos. Clean, cozy, easy to find. The instructions on the arrival/departure, parking, rules etc were very clear and were delivered in timely manner. Suzanne was very responsive to my messages, very friendly and helpful. Beautiful beach, walking distance to the Village with great shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Location. Location. Location. Not a far walk to the beach. within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and shops. Its literally right next door to a bar. Which was convenient, but if you want a more quiet, peaceful location, this might not be the place for you. at least, on the weekends. I'm sure it's less lively during the week. There are a couple shuttle services nearby. the frog hop and breeze buses that take you around Siesta key. very convenient if you dont want to get a rental car. Just be sure to bring cash for tips - the shuttles are "free" but they push for tips. we were in the area on one of the coldest weekends Sarasota had seen in years so we did not get to use the pool but we got great use out of the hot tub at the house! thank you Chad and Suzanne for an enjoyable stay for our girls trip!

This place is really cool. It was clean and decorated nicely. The location is awesome just a few min to the beach and great restaurants. Chad was a great host and gave good local recommendations.

This place was such a fun stay .. huge, colorful, and full of a tropical vibe. The beach is an easy 7- 8 mins walk and the best part is how close it is to a lively beach town market (about 3 minutes) with coffee, donuts, live music and bars. The pool and jacuzzi were comfortably heated and electric (not solar), which honestly made a big difference for us. We needed laundry detergent and even though it wasn’t stocked.. it was delivered within an hour, which we really appreciated. The only downside was the 10 am checkout .. it felt very early for a vacation stay and there wasn’t any flexibility. Other than that, we truly loved the place and had a great time.

My wife and I stopped over here for a night on a car tour of Florida. The place was very clean and a convenient walk to the tiki bar. I would recommend it to anyone and would stay again!
