Great place to stay! Walkable to great restaurants, shops and market. Easy beach access and included beach items (beach chairs, coolers, etc.). The pool and hot tub were meticulously maintained and were a hit with everyone. Open floor plan with large, comfy couches! Perfect for gathering around with family after a long day at the beach or pool. Chad and Suzanne were very responsive and attentive during our stay. A++

House- easy check in, has nice private fencing - clean outdoor space, grill area and hot- tub / Jacuzzi and above ground pool is clean - though we did not used it Has 2 reserved parking spot, but entire street has free parking. Inside: we love the master bathroom shower.. has the rainfall, and body horizontal shower. Bathrooms are clean. The bed sheets are clean, except, wife saw a dried paste looking on 1 pillow. Bed matresses are really good quality on all bedrooms! Very comfy! The airconditioner works well, except, when it reaches the temp, there is a bit longer time before it kicks in again to reach the assigned temp. Like u will feel it warms up for 2 mins, then it will get cool again. Kitchen is nice - good quality sink and kitchen pots/and stuff. And clean! It has great bar counter wooden design. With lots of bar stools. Location, is the best, walking distance to a convenience store, and restaurants, and there is a nice bar behind or beside it, no need to drive!

We have the best time. We were blown away at how cool the apartment was! The location was amazing but we loved every second when we were at home too! highly recommend and we will absolutely be back! 10/10

Chad’s place was great!!! So many amenities! The cloud ceiling and the Galaga game was a huge hit. I love the location it’s so close to so many restaurants and stores. Definitely will be returning!!! The only thing is to be aware that this is a downstairs unit so if you are a light sleeper you might want to bring some ear plugs or this might not be the place for you.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful location. The Airbnb was just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to great restaurants, live music, and a charming local grocery store. Everything was within walking distance, which made the location absolutely perfect. We had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The space had a truly mystical vibe while still being spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was incredibly easy to find, and the location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Siesta Key Village, making it a breeze to walk to all the local restaurants. The host really thought of everything for the perfect beach getaway. Having beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and even beach toys readily available was a huge plus for our family. The layout of the property was fantastic, with our space on the second floor and a beautiful pool and hot tub just downstairs. We also loved the brilliant addition of the entryway shower to easily rinse off stubborn sand before heading inside. As a bonus, the bidet in the master bathroom was an unexpected luxury that all of us really appreciated! Highly recommend this host and this magical, well-stocked home to anyone visiting the area. We had a fabulous stay during our Spring Break! Chad was super responsive, the house was exactly as described, super clean, and a short walk to the beach and restaurants. A little gem on Siesta Key! Would highly recommend.

Fun property located right on the back side of the main strip in Siesta Key. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, ice cream, and of course the beach. We had one unexpected issue during our stay, but the owner Chad was very responsive and proactive. He immediately made things right, friendly and hassle free.. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

It was a great Airbnb! Chad and Suzanne were very responsive and kind. Great location with proximity to the beach - the best beach I’ve ever been to. Loved the hot tubs.
